Chief of Police and Bestselling Author to Speak at Hansen’s Annual User Group Conference

SACRAMENTO, CA, May 26, 2004 - Hansen Information Technologies (Hansen®) today announced that Charles Moose, former Chief of Police for Montgomery County, Maryland during the D.C. sniper case and Dr. Robert Kriegel, national bestselling author of If it ain’t broke...BREAK IT!, will headline at Network 2004, Hansen’s annual international user group conference, taking place August 30 – September 2, 2004 in Tahoe, California.

Moose speaks to audiences about leadership, crisis communications, team building, community relations, civil rights, diversity and public safety. He speaks from first hand experience garnered from an impressive career in policing, starting as a patrol officer and rising through the ranks to chief of police.
